It depends on the package you pick! Sessions run from 30 minutes for a quick "Intro" shoot up to 90 minutes for "The Keepsake." If you're bringing little ones or a bigger group, I usually suggest leaning toward a longer session so we're never rushing. Kids do their best when there's room to take breaks and just be themselves.

I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area and shoot all over it, from San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose to Daly City, Half Moon Bay, Redwood City, and everywhere in between.
I'm happy to travel, too. Locations more than 50 miles from San Francisco may include a small travel fee, and if your spot needs a permit, that cost is covered by you. Not sure where to go? Tell me the vibe you're after and I'll send you some of my favorite spots. -
Go for colors and textures that feel like you and play nicely together, without being super matchy. I usually suggest skipping big logos or busy graphics so the focus stays on your faces.
If you want, send me a photo of your outfits before the shoot and I'll give you my honest thoughts. I've also got a full prep guide that walks through this step by step. -
You're in exactly the right place. Honestly, "I'm so awkward in photos" is the thing I hear most, and it's never once been a problem! You don't need to know what to do with your hands or how to pose. I'll guide you through all of it, we'll talk and move around, and the photos you'll love usually happen in the in-between moments. Most people are surprised by how easy it actually feels. :)

Every session is a little different depending on length, location, and how many photos you want, so I've laid it all out on my Pricing page.
Sessions start at $200 Tell me what you have in mind and I'm happy to point you to the package that fits best. -
That depends on your package. Some include a set number of retouched images (like 8 or 20), and others include every usable image from our time together.
Either way, every photo you receive is fully edited, high-resolution, and yours to print as much as you'd like, with no restrictions. -
Honestly, it depends on the project! Every session is different, and I'd rather take the time to edit your gallery properly than rush it and hand you something I'm not proud of. I'll always give you a timeline when we book so you know what to expect, and if you've got a deadline like a holiday card or a gift, just tell me up front and I'll work with you to make it happen.

The easiest way is to head to my Contact page and send me a note with a little about what you're looking for: the type of session, a rough date, and any ideas you already have. I'll get back to you to lock in the details and answer your questions. Once we've picked a date, I'll walk you through the rest!

Bring them all! Some of my favorite shots come from the unplanned, giggly, slightly chaotic moments. I shoot in a relaxed, low-pressure way and I'm great at following a toddler's lead (or a dog's). We'll build in time for breaks and snacks so nobody melts down, including the grown-ups. :)

Yes, and I love it! Cosplay is one of my favorite things to shoot. I offer at-con packages if you'll be at a convention I'm attending, plus on-location creative shoots with custom Photoshop effects to really bring your character to life. Check out my Cosplay page for what's available and which cons I'll be at this year.
